Duties & Responsibilities
• Work directly with client receiving ABA therapy
• Provide services in school, home or community
• Collect data for ABA programming
• Completes daily notes at the end of all sessions
• Communicating with caregiver and other supports
• Is in communication with BCBA
• Attends supervision meetings with BCBA
• Assist with program development
Qualifications
• High School diploma required
• RBT certification preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or working toward a Bachelor’s preferred
• Currently be a Medicaid provider - preferred
• Previous experience with children with developmental disabilities a plus
• Experience in teaching, tutoring and/or applied behavior analysis
• Outgoing and high energy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
