We are seeking driven, dependable, and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team! RBTs will provide direct 1:1 ABA Therapy in a fun clinical based environment. RBTs will collaborate with experts and implement best practice child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, collect and analyze data, and track client progress for children who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. We are looking for an individual that has a great passion for working with children and views putting the needs of our kiddos first, as rewarding.
Our BCBAs, Program Managers, and Lead RBTs will help provide support and direction for the clients you work with, as well as, supporting you along your career journey.

Responsibilities


  • Provide direct and indirect behavior supports for assigned clients.
  • Implement protocols prescribed by the Supervising BCBA.
  • Develop and maintain client files and graphs.
  • Produce legible and grammatically correct comprehensive SOAP or Service Delivery Notes.
  • Participate in planning and implementation of behavior change protocols.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly supervisory meetings.
  • Complete assessments, reviews and other documentation in a timely manner
  • Collect Data efficiently through our electronic data collection system (Central Reach).
  • Communicate well with clients, leadership, staff, and parents.

Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with autism or a developmental disorder of some kind
  • Must have a valid Drivers’ license
  • Time management skills, observation skills, and analytical skills
  • Ability to give and receive detailed information through written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Must be able to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and sit on the floor with the children
