Sequel Youth and Family Services is a leading National Behavioral Health Care Provider that develops and operates programs for people with behavioral and emotional challenges. Through a continuum of services, our staff provides education, counseling and supervision to individuals and families in their home community.

Our Florida Community Based Division is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in our Pinellas Park office.

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for the development, coordination and administration of all recruiting activities to develop a strong workforce. This position will work with hiring managers to define their talent needs and develop recruiting strategies to ensure each manager has the required staff and talent to meet their department objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• • Responsible for leading all company recruiting activities to include attracting talent, screening candidates, evaluating qualifications, and securing qualified candidates.

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs and position qualifications.

• Proactively identify innovative recruiting strategies to establish an extensive pool of qualified candidates for all open positions.

• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

• Maintain job postings and manage multiple job board postings.

• Engage in community outreach per the company's recruiting plan and standard operating procedures.

• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees to source candidates to develop a board and diverse external talent pool.

• Develop collaborative relationships with managers to provide consultative approach to recruiting efforts and ensure effectiveness of recruiting activities.

• Lead effort to develop and update job postings, advertisements, and recruiting tools.

• Review applications/resumes on a daily basis and evaluate qualifications.

• Conduct phone screens with candidates as needed.

• Competent in maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all employee and Agency matters

• Knowledge of federal and state regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
