The Job
We are seeking talented, experienced Clinical Recruiter to take charge of expediently locating and acquiring top Qualified Behavioral Health Providers (QBHP) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst® · BCBA® talent. The Clinical Recruiter’s primary duties are to support operational needs and create strong pipelines of excellent clinicians. This position will take a lead role in growing our network of providers, sources staff for our clinics, and will be critical to our ongoing success. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for managing our future clinicians and clinical staff through all steps of our hiring process, including interviewing candidates, building relationships, and being part of the hiring decisions.

Snapshot of Daily Duties
• Responsible for defining, developing, and executing a recruitment strategy in accordance with Sequel's strategic partnerships and growth plans
• Understands clinical partners strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through direct sourcing, industry networking, online recruiting, and employee/partner referrals
• Builds and nurtures current clinicians and staff pipeline for future placement needs
• Identify new strategies for marketing and promoting Sequel to prospective candidates
• Recruit superb talent through job boards, social media, school sites, and various other platforms.
• Actively recruit superb talent though job boards, educational partnerships and various other platforms.
• Manages new hires through full cycle recruitment/onboarding
• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations within each state where actively recruiting for program
• Provide recruitment reports to team managers.

The Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years’ of healthcare/ABA recruitment experience
• Organized, proactive, and strong attention to detail. A proven track record in attracting and retaining top talent.
• Strong communication skills
• Relationship building expertise
• Requires strong analysis, judgement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to plan, execute, and manage high volumes of work
