The Home and Community Treatment program provides individualized therapeutic support to our clients (children and teens) with mental health challenges.


Our BHPs work in the family home to help clients with behaviors, social skills, personal and daily routines, as well as community inclusion.
You will work independently with the child and cooperatively with a treatment team to
enhance behavioral management and engaging in physical development activities.
The right person will enjoy working independently and collaboratively to meet the individualized client's needs.


Education: BHPs provding HCT  services must  have:
 1. A minimum of 60  higher education credit  hours in a related field  of social services, human  services, health or  education or:
 2. A minimum of 90  higher education credit  hours in an unrelated  field; or
 3. A high school  diploma or equivalent  and a minimum of 3  years of direct experience working  with children in a  behavioral health  children's services program

Certification: Must obtain or have an existing BHP Provisional Certificate within 30 Days of date of hire and Full Certification within one year (company paid training).
Experience: One year of experience with children in a supervised setting or relevant life experience.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
