Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls and direct the calls or messages to the proper individual on a timely basis, greet all visitors and report their arrival to the appropriate individual or department, receive and distribute outside mail to proper individuals, perform typing, photocopying, and other related tasks as required. Operate and maintain all office machines, equipment and keep front office area organized and clean. Confidentially maintain data and update employee information including personnel information. Set up interviews and send correspondence to prospective employees, assist with orientation of new employees, assist with filing employee records, ensure staff have access to necessary forms for HR or administrative needs, assist with training, complete monthly reports, assist with audit preparation, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED . One year of related administrative experience, proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). Able to organize, multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
